Our proud history
It all began in 2015 when a group of likeminded professionals identified the need for high-quality home care services for people requiring personal assistance and premium care at the convenience of their home.
By 2018, these team of professionals recognised the time had come to establish DoyaCare as a separate legal entity. A savvy and experienced Board was appointed and we were firmly on the path to growth.
This growth was boosted by a series of new add on services within the care sector between 2018 and 2020. By then, we had earned a reputation as an experienced and trusted private care service provider.
In 2021, incorporation of COVID related care services & specialised Ayurveda care services represented a major milestone in our growth as these services bolstered our business portfolio.
At around the same time, DoyaCare partnered with a UK-based Healthcare at Home service. In 2021, DoyaCare launched their operations in UAE. This provided them a window to improve their safe, high-quality home care services for people with multiple requirements.
Today, we are proud to continue our work to reduce the stress and burden of many primary home caregivers.
Our mission and vision
DoyaCare is committed to providing high-quality home health care services to individual clients and their families, as well as to other healthcare organizations in need of supplemental staffing (such as certified home health and hospice agencies, health plans, hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities).
Our priority is to provide state-of-the-art and compassionate in-home care from highly-trained medical professionals and aides. To make good on this promise, proper training is paramount. Not only do we hire the most experienced personnel, but we provide them with in-depth training so that they can deliver specialized care to our clients.
At DoyaCare, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to live a healthy, active and fulfilling life. This ethos is at the heart of everything we do.
We provide everyone we support with the opportunity to continue to live life to the full. We actively encourage Service Users to become more self-reliant, to make decisions for themselves, and ultimately, to move on to more independent living arrangements.
We facilitate and support our Service Users to pursue meaningful and personalised lifestyles. We provide individually planned education & leisure opportunities to support each individual in their ongoing development.

Reng has twelve years of professional experience across a range of services, including technology, innovation, human resource, and administration. He spearheads the organizational goals and aspirations.
Dr. Shroff
COO & Medical Director
Dr. Shroff is an expert in Ayurveda with over a decade of experience in the patient care and services industry. He also heads the operations of prestigious Ayurveda clinics in India and abroad.

Neha comes with her nine years of experience as a head of accounts that includes working with multi-national companies and human resource management.
